fa ارزیابی آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد بهورزان در کنترل و پیشگیری از تب مالت در مناطق روستایی استان کردستان: یک مطالعه توصیفی–تحلیلی KAP of Community Health Workers in the Control and Prevention of Brucellosis in Rural Areas of Kurdistan Province: A Descriptive–Analytical Study میکروب شناسی پزشکی Medical Microbiology پژوهشی اصیل Original Article تب مالت یکی از مهم‌ترین بیماری‌های زئونوز در ایران است که همچنان سلامت جمعیت روستایی را تهدید می‌کند. بهورزان به عنوان اصلی‌ترین ارائه‌دهندگان خدمات سطح اول، نقش کلیدی در پیشگیری، شناسایی زودهنگام و آموزش جامعه دارند. این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی میزان آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد (KAP) بهورزان استان کردستان در خصوص تب مالت و مقایسه وضعیت آنان با مطالعات مشابه انجام شد. این مطالعه توصیفی–تحلیلی در سال ۱۴۰۴ بر روی ۱۸۰ بهورز شاغل در مراکز بهداشت روستایی استان کردستان انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه ساختارمند شامل بخش‌های جمعیت‌شناختی، آگاهی (۱۵ سؤال)، نگرش (۱۰ سؤال) و عملکرد (۱۰ سؤال) جمع‌آوری گردید. نمره‌دهی در مقیاس لیکرت انجام شد و نمرات بالای ۷۵درصد مطلوب در نظر گرفته شد. روایی ابزار توسط ۱۰ متخصص بیماری‌های واگیر تأیید و پایایی آن با آلفای کرونباخ ۰٫۸۷ محاسبه شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با SPSS نسخه ۲۶ و آزمون‌های تی، آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون انجام شد. میانگین سنی شرکت‌کنندگان ۳۴٫۶ ± ۵٫۸ سال بود و ۶۴ درصد آنان زن بودند. ۸۵درصد سابقه شرکت در دوره‌های آموزشی بیماری‌های زئونوز را داشتند. میانگین نمرات آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد به ترتیب ۷۶٫۴ درصد، ۸۲٫۱ درصد و ۷۰٫۸ درصد بود. بین آگاهی و عملکرد (r=0.56، p<0.01) و نگرش و عملکرد (r=0.43، p<0.05) رابطه معنی‌دار مشاهده شد. بهورزان دارای سابقه کاری بیش از ۱۰ سال عملکرد بهتری داشتند (p<0.05).  اگرچه سطح آگاهی و نگرش بهورزان در زمینه تب مالت مطلوب است، اما عملکرد آنان به ویژه در حوزه آموزش جمعیت روستایی نیازمند تقویت است. طراحی دوره‌های بازآموزی هدفمند، توسعه ابزارهای دیجیتال گزارش‌دهی و تقویت همکاری میان شبکه بهداشت و دامپزشکی از اقدامات اثربخش برای ارتقای عملکرد محسوب می‌شود. Brucellosis is one of the most significant zoonotic diseases in Iran and remains a persistent threat to the health of rural populations. Community health workers (Behvarz), as the main providers of primary health-care services, play a crucial role in prevention, early detection, and community education. This study aimed to assess the knowledge, attitude, and practice (KAP) of Behvarz in Kurdistan Province regarding brucellosis and to compare their status with findings from similar studies. This descriptive–analytical study was conducted in 2025 among 180 Behvarz working in rural health centers of Kurdistan Province. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire comprising demographic characteristics, knowledge (15 items), attitude (10 items), and practice (10 items). Responses were scored using a Likert scale, and scores above 75% were considered desirable. Content validity was confirmed by 10 infectious disease specialists, and reliability was assessed using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (α = 0.87). Data were analyzed using SPSS version 26 through independent t-tests, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The mean age of participants was 34.6 ± 5.8 years, and 64% were female. Eighty-five percent had previously participated in training courses related to zoonotic diseases. The mean scores for knowledge, attitude, and practice were 76.4%, 82.1%, and 70.8%, respectively. Significant correlations were found between knowledge and practice (r = 0.56, p < 0.01) and between attitude and practice (r = 0.43, p < 0.05). Behvarz with more than 10 years of work experience demonstrated significantly better performance (p < 0.05). Although the levels of knowledge and attitude toward brucellosis among Behvarz were desirable, their practice—particularly in rural community education—requires improvement.
