fa بیماری ویروس نیل غربی مشترک بین انسان و دام West Nile virus disease shared between humans and animals ویروس شناسی دامپزشکی Veterinary Virology مروری Review Article <div style="text-align: justify;">ویروس نیل غربی (West Nile virus) یا به اختصارWNV، میکروارگانیسمی است که باعث شیوع بیماری‌های مرگبار شده و یک بیماری مشترک بین دام و انسان می باشد. ویروس نیل غربی ازخانواده فلاوی ویریده است که معمولا در آفریقا، اروپا، خاورمیانه، آمریکای شمالی و غرب آسیا یافت می‌شود. این ویروس، پرندگان، انسان، اسب، سگ، گربه، خفاش، موش خرما و خرگوش‌های اهلی را آلوده می‌کند. هدف ما در این مقاله بررسی بیشتر این بیماری ازلحاظ اپیدمیولوژیک، اتیولوژی، علائم، روش‌های تشخیص، درمان و ارائه راه‌هایی برای پیشگیری با این بیماری مشترک زئونوز است. راه اصلی ابتلا در انسان از طریق گزش پشه‌های آلوده است اما در خصوص انتقال مستقیم بیماری از حیوانات خانگی به انسان گزارشی وجود ندارد. تاکنون واکسن این بیماری تنها برای اسب‌ها تولید شده و هنوز واکسن انسانی آن موجود نیست. ویروس عامل این بیماری دو فرم از بیماری را در انسان ایجاد می کند: ۱- فرم خفیف: بدون علائم و یا با علائم جزئی با دوره کمون سه-هشت روز که بعد از آن تب، سردرد، سرماخوردگی، ضعف، تورم غدد لنفاوی، خستگی و کوفتگی، جوش های پوستی، استفراغ، تهوع، اسهال مشاهده می‌شود. ۲- فرم حاد: که در این فرم سلسله اعصاب مورد تهاجم قرار گرفته و علائم آنسفالیت و یا مننژیت در مبتلایان مشاهده می‌شود. به جهت عدم وجود داروی خاص و موثر بر ویروس نیل غربی تا امروز، پیشگیری از بیماری با آگاهی بخشیدن به پزشکان و مسئولان بهداشت عمومی برای تشخیص به موقع و کنترل ویروس و همچنین نظارت بر پشه‌ها برای کاهش این بیماری موثر خواهد بود .ما با بررسی چندین مقاله درباره ویروس نیل غربی از طریق گوگل اسکولار ، اسکوپوس و..... مطالب را جمع آوری نموده و پس از ارزیابی و مقایسه در این مقاله بازگو نموده‌ایم</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">     West Nile virus (WNV) is a microorganism that causes the spread of deadly diseases and is a common disease between animals and humans. West Nile virus is a member of the Flavivirus family, commonly found in Africa, Europe, the Middle East, North America, and West Asia. This virus infects birds, humans, horses, dogs, cats, bats, ferrets, and domestic rabbits. Our goal in this article is to further investigate this disease in terms of epidemiology, etiology, symptoms, methods of diagnosis, and treatment and to provide ways to prevent this common zoonotic disease. The primary way of infection in humans is through the bites of infected mosquitoes, but there are no reports of direct transmission of the disease from pets to humans. So far, the vaccine for this disease has been produced only for horses, and there is no human vaccine yet. The virus that causes this disease causes two forms of the disease in humans: 1- Mild form: without symptoms or with minor symptoms with an incubation period of 3-8 days, after which fever, headache, cold, weakness, swollen lymph nodes, Fatigue and bruises, skin rashes, vomiting, nausea, and diarrhea are observed. 2- Acute form: In this form, the nervous system is attacked, and the symptoms of encephalitis or meningitis are observed in patients. Due to the lack of a specific and effective medicine against the West Nile virus until today, disease prevention by informing doctors and public health officials for timely diagnosis and control of the virus and monitoring mosquitoes will be effective in reducing this disease.
