fa مروری بر بیماری‌های کرمی قابل انتقال بین انسان و حیوان از طریق آب با واسطه کوپه‌پودها بهداشت عمومی Public health مروری Review Article <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="AR-SA" style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;"><span style="color:black">بیماری‌های ناشی از انگل‌های کرمی قابل انتقال بین انسان و حیوان از طریق آب با واسطه‌ی کوپه‌پودها خطرات سلامت عمومی را به‌ویژه در مناطق با بهداشت نامناسب آب ایجاد می‌کنند. این بررسی، دانش فعلی را در مورد بیماری‌های عمده مانند <i>گناتوستومیازیس</i>، <i>اسپارگانوزیس</i> و <i>دراکونکولیازیس</i>، پتانسیل بیماری‌های قابل انتقال بین انسان و حیوان مربوطه، مکانیسم‌های عفونت و تأثیر عوامل محیطی را بررسی می‌کند. این گزارش با دید انتقادی، نقاط قوت و محدودیت‌های تحقیقات موجود را ارزیابی کرده و با تاکید بر عوامل منطقه‌ای مؤثر بر ایران، پیشرفت‌های اخیر در تشخیص و پاتوژن‌های نوظهور را مورد بحث قرار می‌دهد. در پایان توصیه‌هایی برای تحقیقات آینده و بهبود اقدامات پیشگیرانه ارائه شده است. نظارت، آموزش و توسعه پروتکل‌های درمانی به‌عنوان عوامل موثر مورد تاکید می‌باشند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span style="color:black">Waterborne zoonotic helminthiases transmitted via copepods represent a significant public health concern, particularly in regions with inadequate water sanitation. This review synthesizes current knowledge on major diseases such as gnathostomiasis, sparganosis, and dracunculiasis, with a focus on their zoonotic potential, infection mechanisms, and the influence of environmental factors. It critically evaluates the strengths and limitations of existing research, highlights region-specific considerations relevant to Iran, and explores recent advancements in diagnostic methods and the identification of emerging pathogens. The review also offers recommendations for future research and improvements in preventive strategies.
